Eikon Motorsports Installation Agreement
At Eikon Motorsports, professionalism and transparency are at the core of every installation. To protect both our customers and our team, we require every vehicle owner to review and sign our Installation Agreement & Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment when we arrive for your appointment.
This document ensures that a damage assessment is performed jointly with you before any work begins. Together, we carefully inspect the vehicle and note any pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, or other issues. By signing, you acknowledge these conditions existed prior to installation, and you authorize our team to begin the work.
The purpose of this agreement is simple:
✅ Protect You – by documenting your vehicle’s condition in writing before any tools touch the car.
✅ Protect Us – by confirming that pre-existing damage is understood and agreed upon.
✅ Ensure Transparency – so both parties have the same clear record of the vehicle’s state.
What to Expect When We Arrive
When our certified Eikon installer arrives at your location, here’s what you can expect:
Introduction & Walkthrough – We’ll greet you, explain the process, and review the Installation Agreement with you.
Vehicle Condition Inspection – Together, we’ll perform a detailed visual inspection of your car. Any pre-existing damage will be written down on the agreement form.
Customer Signature – You’ll sign the document confirming the vehicle’s condition and authorizing us to begin installation.
Professional Installation – Once the agreement is signed, our team will begin work installing your V2 Series vertical door kit with the precision and care we’re known for.
