So, part of the prototype and test market run on 10 C8s in Miami showed us a few things. One of those things was that the washer size that comes on the factory bolt that we used during installation would not work correctly for every car. Due to the tolerance differences on the actual car between the passenger and driver’s side, a few were very difficult to install.

SOLUTION?

We decided to make our own custom bolts for our kit. We didn’t want rustable components so that really only left a few choices and we decided to go titanium baby!

As one of the strongest metals on the planet, our custom bolts are more than capable enough to be torqued down to the proper psi to ensure maximum bond and stability.

Machining these with the idea to use the head as the washer also further eliminated additional components, as well as elongation of some mounts.
