Warranty Program
Our lifetime warranty covers the kit in the event of failure due to an mfg defect. Our warranty also comes with lifetime replacement of the shocks. The installation process is also covered.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers any potential issues with the locks, windows, or any other electrical or physical issue related to the installation process for one year.
Click here to file a warranty claim. We typically respond within 24 hours. Please be sure to submit as many photos as possible when submitting your ticket.
All of your items are shipped via UPS and are typically all priority mail. A signature will be required for items over $300.00
Our return policy is subject to individual case reviews. A general return will immediately be accepted if the item has either not shipped or an installation has not been performed yet.
Returns must be covered by the sender of the item in question.
We do not offer gift cards at this time but it is something that is coming soon.
Our coupon system is built into our website so usage quantity as well as multiple coupons at once is managed by the system. When we do offer a coupon, the expiration date will not be extended passed its expiration date.

Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, you must take photos of the delivery as well as file a claim with the shipping company. We will exchange items with proof of claim. Click here to submit claim.

No. The sender must pay to return an item. If its an exchange, we will cover the return shipping.

Delivery information is part of the tracking as another step in assuring correct information.
Depends on what you ordered and what method of shipping. Typically all orders are received within 1 to 2 weeks from the order date.
Monday through Thursday, 10am to 4pm, Arizona time.
You will receive the tracking number the day your item is actually picked up or dropped off at the shipper. We do not provide tracking numbers until your order is actually being shipped.
UPS system can take 24 hours sometimes to update.
Yes. You will be contacted typically 72 hours after you place your order with an installation date. Your installer will arrive at your house with the kit.
