At Eikon Motorsports, we stand behind the precision engineering of our V Series vertical door kits and our professional installation. Every kit and installation is protected by our Lifetime Warranty, while the policy below explains how refunds and returns work.
Lifetime Warranty
- V Series Kits: Lifetime coverage for the main frame, hinges, and components.
- Professional Installation: Lifetime coverage for workmanship. If an issue arises due to our installation, we will make it right.
- Lifetime Shock Replacement: If your shocks fail under normal use, we’ll replace them at no cost.

Custom Kits – Made to Order
Every V Series kit is made to order and permanently marked with customer-specific information that is etched, stamped, or laser-engraved. These identifiers make each kit unique to you.
- No returns or cancellations once your kit enters production, because it cannot be repurposed or resold to another customer.
- Please review all order details (vehicle, finish, edition color, and shipping information) before confirming your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Examples: apparel, accessories, and other non-custom merchandise.
Non-Returnable Items
- All V Series kits (custom made-to-order and serialized).
- Installed, damaged, or modified products.
- Custom color editions, serialized components, or made-to-order parts.
- Any item returned without prior authorization.
Refunds
- Refunds apply to eligible non-custom items only.
- After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will assist with an exchange for the same item when eligible.
Return Process (Non-Custom Items)
- Email support@eikonmotorsports.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Re-pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked on the label.
- After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
